Building and Registration Closing for Hurricane Irene

Update: Monday August 29. 7:30AM
The YWCA will be open for registration and information on Monday, August 29 starting at 8:30am.

Due to Hurricane Irene, the YWCA North Street building will close at 2:00pm on Saturday, August 27, 2011. In addition, online registration will be turned off at 2:00pm.

Delayed Opening for Monday, February 21

Due to the weather forecast, the YWCA will have a delayed opening on February 21 and will open at 8:00AM.

February 3 Program Status

The YWCA pool and fitness center will open at 8:00 AM on Thursday, February 3.

YWCA CLOSED

Due to the inclement weather conditions, the YWCA will be CLOSED on Wednesday, February 2, 2011.

Program Status for February 1

Following is a program status update for Tuesday, February 1. (As of 3:45 PM 2/1/11)

The Front Desk will close at 5:00PM

Child Care Center will close at 4:00 PM.

Nursery School Full Day Program - Early Closing at 12:00 PM
All other Nursery School Half Day classes will dismiss at their regular time.

Kids Connection After School - Closed

Middies Swim Team - No Afternoon Practice

The YWCA will close at 6:00 PM. No evening activities or classes.

Snow Day Program January 27

The YWCA will offer a snow day program for elementary aged school children January 27 from 10AM - 5pm.

$55/child non-members

$45/child YWCA members

Parents must provide lunch.

The program will be held in the lower lounge.
